SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Happy Gallery ships artworks worldwide. Orders can be placed online through a contact form, by telephone or in person at our pop-up galleries. If you're ordering art for associated artist independently of The Happy Gallery please see their Terms and Shipping. The Happy Gallery can not be held liable for it's associated artists own sales and shipping. HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are collated weekly.

On average standard UK shipping takes up to 3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days. With our 24 hour service expect your order to be with you by 1pm the following day but please allow up to 6pm.

All UK parcels are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For service.

With our international shipping service for Europe and North America please allow shipping to take from 7 to 12 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 18 working days please contact the gallery. For orders outside Europe and North America please allow from 10 to 16 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 20 working days then please contact The Happy Gallery.

SHIPPING TERMS

The Happy Gallery is not responsible for international duties or taxes. All international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.

You will be notified of periodic shipping promotions upon placement of orders. According to the nature of the promotion, shipping deductions will be made or promotional items dispatched whilst stocks last.
