RETURNS POLICY

All products sold at thehappygallery.com or through the gallery for it's associated artists are verified by us as the genuine article.

The Happy Gallery is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase however if not, please return the piece within 14 days of receipt and in the original condition. If you have any problems with your order or wish to cancel/exchange any items, please contact us in the first instance to arrange the return of your artwork(s). Artworks should be returned to the gallery at the following address:

The Happy Gallery cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do choose to return any item by post, we recommend using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service.

REFUNDS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled to cancel your purchase and receive either a refund or exchange the items for store credit (of equal value).

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
